Life Skills
Life Skills Program
The Fleet and Family Support Program strives to prevent negative behaviors before they occur. Life skills education programs support this prevention effort by providing training to at-risk groups as well as the military community at large.
Although almost everything offered by the FFSC can be considered “life skills” education, the
programs specifically identified as life skills include:
- Mind Body Mental Fitness (MBMF)
- Communication Skills.
- Conflict Management.
- Stress Management.
- Anger Management.
- Suicide Prevention.
- Parent Education.
- Healthy Relationships.
- New Military Spouse Orientation.
If you or someone you know needs immediate help, please call the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.
